Each session begins with connection. We check in with how you're feeling, what’s coming up for you, and what your soul is ready to work on. Then, I guide you into a calming trance using breathwork, body awareness, and soothing imagery. From there, we journey through metaphors, healing suggestions, and subconscious exploration. You may connect with your inner child, revisit a memory, or reframe a belief. When it’s time to return, we gently count you back and process anything that arose. You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and more deeply connected to your truth.

Absolutely not. You’re aware the entire time, just deeply relaxed—similar to a meditative state. You’ll hear my voice, you’ll know where you are, and you can speak or move at any point. Think of it like listening to a story where your mind drifts inward. You’re in the driver’s seat—I’m just helping you navigate the map your subconscious already knows by heart.
This work isn’t surface-level. I blend trauma-informed hypnotherapy, somatic techniques, art therapy, and spiritual tools to address healing on all levels—mental, emotional, physical, and energetic. Everyone’s journey is different. Some clients feel profound shifts after one or two sessions. Others commit to longer programs to create lasting transformation. I offer single sessions, 4-session healing packages, and a 14-week deep-dive for soul-level restoration. We’ll discuss what feels right for you based on your goals and readiness.
Yes! All sessions are available virtually via secure video call. You just need a quiet space, earbuds or headphones, and an open heart. Many clients find the comfort of healing in their own home enhances the experience even more.
